How can I make a return or change?
To make a return or exchange you must check that the item is in perfect condition and packed and that no more than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase. Our team will streamline the procedures so you can make a return or change in the shortest time possible. You must request a pick up from the contact form of the store. After verifying that the return is within the deadline, we will send a transporter, who will contact you to schedule the collection, within a period of 24-48 working hours. You do not need to print shipping labels.

Returns within the term are always free for peninsula. We will send a carrier to pick up your return at no cost to you.
How will I receive the amount of my refund?
Once received the package in our warehouse we will check that it is in perfect condition and with all its labels. You will receive the amount of the returned products through the same payment method with which you made your purchase. One-way postage, if paid, is not reimbursed.
